Key Responsibilities : - Develop the City Level Operations - Tying up with Hospitals - Primary responsibilities include visioning, brand development, category management and merchandising - Drive product penetration and sale volume among customers through innovative campaigns - Responsible for P&amp;L driven decisions for the assigned region - Responsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned region - End-to-end ownership of a selected region - Understand the region in depth, and how customers attract in the same - Institutionalize service delivery norms and processes for the region - Work with the marketing team to generate customer requests in that region - To generate business in assigned Region through sales channels - Leadership, problem solving, communication skills to lead and manage a team of 7-8 people - Fair understanding and skills to open unstructured demand channels - Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities Requirements : - Bachelors/Masters from colleges - IIM/ IIT/NIT/XLRI/XIMB/SRCC - General management experience managing the P&amp;L for a business with significant revenues - Has relentless focus, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask while working in a highly charged environment&nbsp; - Proven ability to work in ambiguous situations - Experience in developing and leading high performance teams - 2-4 years of total work experience - Ex Entrepreneurs/Immediate joiners a plus
