Job Description : - Ownership of complete P&L for the city. - Drive Average Ticket Size M-O-M by Category for the respective city - Responsible for maintaining take rate by category/ payer type and build a process around it to monitor real-time basis with the execution of corrective actions - Develop requisite network supply to facilitate healthcare operations - Responsible to maintain high standard patient journey in terms of experience - Strong relationship building with existing hospital/clinic and build new networks - Build strong SOPs top to bottom line to drive team and set a robust process for cross functions - Responsible for overall revenue management at the city level - Help to drive daily challenge and build an engine to protect future recurrence - Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and enhance the patient experience city level - Transformation of complete medical infra, infra occupancy, infra branding and maximize infra efficiency Key Initiatives : - Build and maintain relationships with all external partners, Clinic/Hospital owners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals for the city. Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelors /Master's degree from tier 1 institute Like- IIT, NITs - 7-8 years senior leadership role in the appropriate field - Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including clinical operations, customer service/excellence, SOP defined, and Team management - Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands - Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines - Experience with core business operations, preferred in internet business - Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings - Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics About the Organization: Pristyn Care is an Asset Light full-stack healthcare provider that rents spare OT capacity and Surgical infra of a hospital to perform surgeries for its own patients via Pristyn's full-time surgeons.
