INVENTORY MANAGEMENT : a) Streamlining the system and procedures for effective inventory control for ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the requirements. b) Inventory function so as to curtail inventory-holding expenses and adherence to the minimum inventory level to be maintained to minimize dead stock. c) Efficiently using inventory management system for ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the requirements. Tracker & Follow up : a) Procure the material based on Stock availability & Factory Requirement b) On Time Payment with agreed payment terms c) ETA d) Circulate the Regular ETA & Pending Order Tracker to all the respective Team e) Filling all the Purchase Related document for audit purpose New Development: a) Finding New Supplier b) Co coordinate with R & D team develop the New Product
