- Managing and servicing the Priority Optima and Insignia Clients of the Bank
- Managing existing clients for enhancing AUM book size
- Organizing marketing activities for acquiring new HNI clients
- Offer wealth management solutions through products like mutual funds advice on PMS, structure products, Private -Equity, insurance, asset allocation and bonds.
- Ensure high level of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.
- To offer complete solution across financial planning aspects like retirement planning, will etc.
- Inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
- To keep one self-updated on the financial markets and in advisory products / services in particular.
- Co-ordinate with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
