Prione is an Amazon affiliate company. It's a joint venture between Amazon Asia & Catamaran Ventures (the Personal Fund of Mr. Narayan Murthy) which works with SMBs to enable their growth on digital economy. It provides multiple products and services to retailers to scale their business online.   As a member of Prione's HR Services team, the ERC Specialist will carry out compliance activities and make sure the organization is compliant as per various state and central statutes.   ERC specialist shall also provide ongoing support, be a central point for issue resolution through HRMS/emails & manage the day-to-day administration of various programs.  The ideal person will be organized, work effectively with internal and external contacts, have the ability to process large volumes of transactions, manage multiple databases and coordinate with service providers to ensure closures strictly as per SLAs. The successful candidate will have good communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.   Responsibilities:  - Manage Employee life cycle processes and actively improve them to enhance employee experience.  - Process transactions for multiple compliance programs that includes registrations, renewals and licenses under labor laws as applicable in various locations we operate.  - Provide relevant information to service providers. Maintaining a repository of information required for statutory compliances to ensure timely submission.  - Provide support to HR teams, training new HR members on tools, programs, and policies  - Respond to questions and troubleshoot program issues on behalf of employees  - Draft audit reports detailing methodology, results, and recommendations  - Maintain compliance metrics, send out daily and weekly updates to HR teams  - Adhere and monitor to the service level agreements, resolve issues with internal and external partners.  - Assist with new compliance workflow/adhoc requests as needs arise  - Verify data and perform data entry. Look for variances and discrepancies in data for correction.  - Continually strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems and look for enhancements related to current systems and procedures based on KAIZEN and LEAN methodologies.  - Demonstrate the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality.  Qualifications:  - 2-4 years of HR experience out of which 1+ years of HR/Labour law compliance experience is mandatory  - Acquaintance with employment laws, rules and returns.  - Master's Degree from an accredited university  - MS Office experience and ability to use MS Excel for reporting  - Customer service orientation with ability to serve multiple customers (candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, HR business partners)  - Exceptional communication and organizational skills  - Database management skills  - Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, analytical and critical thinking skills
