We offer services that enable SMBs to develop their business profitably using the power of the internet to reach their customers and to succeed in today's digital economy Job Purpose The Compliance Manager will be responsible for setting up mechanisms/process to monitor business processes across Prione and identify compliance deviations. Upon identification of transgressions the manager will be responsible for ensuring investigation &amp; appropriate action. In this role, the individual will be reporting to the CEO and will be responsible for collaborating regularly with senior management, Legal &amp; HR to establish process guardrails and also simultaneously work with product managers to establish scalable product guardrails to prevent these transgressions in the future. We are seeking an experienced leader who has consistently insisted on high standards, possesses exceptional written &amp; verbal communication skills, has an analytical background, possesses high degree of attention to detail, has strong judgement and has demonstrated high levels of performance in cross functional roles. Roles and Responsibilities - The role will be responsible for designing and implement new audit mechanisms and ensure continuation of the current audit processes to determine compliance to defined processes - Define metrics that enable the team to track compliance objectively - Drive regular quality audits through the business compliance team and report on results - Responsible for managing the performance of 6-7 member team of process associates - Responsible for implementation of process and product guardrails, in line with the tenets of the function - Sign up with partners, if required, for seller audits and surveys to measure seller experience - Enable process standardization by defining and implementing SOPs for various processes and implement a controlled process change mechanism - Ensure compliance to corporate and business policies, procedures, and standards with an ability to question standards currently in place - Should be equally comfortable in interacting with Senior Management, Legal &amp; HR and diving deep to define processes and be completely hands-on when required. The ideal candidate actively seeks to understand Prione's core leadership principles, business values and initiatives, and translates those into everyday practices. Job Specifications Education Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred Experience Relevant: 1. 6+ years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience working in a similar Program/Project/Product Management role 2. Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination. 3. Must be metrics-driven. Have a background in quantitative decision making and ability to drive business/operations metrics. 4. Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel. 5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely. 6. Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment. 7. Must have bias for action and strong work ethic. Good to have: 1.
