Principle/Managing Consultant - Pharma

Job Title : PC/ MC - Pharma

Experience 8 – 13 years of experience (Post MBA) in the operations /process improvement – with focus on Pharma

- Consulting/Consulting + Industry Experience would be preferred

Location : Mumbai and Delhi

Role:

PC/ MC are expected to address conflicting points of view in teams they are working in and help AD align stakeholders within the firm and in the client organisations.

Successful candidates are adept at building strong client relationships and as they progress towards assuming managerial responsibilities, they are expected to engage clients in strategic dialogues and help client personnel identify specific problems and chalk out solutions.

They are expected to participate in Business Development activities of the firm; research on potential clients and identify value proposition, support data analysis, proposal making, exposure to contemporary operations management tools viz; Lean Management, Six Sigma, TPM, Global Sourcing, Spend Management, BPR &
Risk Management will be an added advantage

Skills:

- Needs to have Hands on experience in Pharma practice.

- Needs to be Analytical and should have ability to develop insights.

- Has exposure / awareness / been a part of any of the following teams Six Sigma / Lean.

- Strong problem solving skills, excellent work ethics, the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries.
