Principle Data Scientist - Retail/FMCG

Looking forward to Data scientist for their shared services centre at Chennai, supports a number of its worldwide operations across multiple countries through the entire lifecycle of shared service delivery, in terms of F&A, supply chain management (SCM) and human resource management (HRM) processes.

Major Accountabilities:

Key JD specifications are:

- Excellent knowledge in Statistical Modelling Techniques and Algorithms

- Hands on experience in using Statistical Packages in Python (Numpy, Pandas, Scikit etc) and R

- Extensive experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches (e.g. Bayesian Analysis,

Reduced Dimensional Data Representations, and Multi-scale Feature Identification)

- Knowledge in Text Analytics such as NLP and other Machine Learning Principles

- Hands on experience in Scraping, extracting and processing data from Data aggregator platforms, Social media etc.

- 5-10 years of experience

- Excellent Communication skills

- Good to have knowledge in learning algorithms using IoT based products

- Good to have knowledge in Image Analytics
