Principle consultants are expected to lead strategic projects with an opportunity to grow existing accounts & acquire new prospects to grow their practise. You will lead client relationships, manage independent projects, lead research analysts, deal with industry SMEs, manage account P&L. Project work will be an opportunity to hone front-ending skills, analytical prowess, problem solving ability, decision making across projects undertaken by the company. Requirements/Ideal Candidate 1. 3-4 years of business consulting background from top consulting organisations (Impact sector experience is preferred) 2. PG from one of the top Indian or international management schools - IIT, IIM, ISB, XLRI, US / UK Tier 1 Management 3. Demonstrated track record of handling large enterprise consulting projects and client handling responsibilities 4. Demonstrable ability for strategic thinking and problem solving for building a strong sustainable organization 5.
