Job Description:

Key Responsibilities (KPIs):

Approach to Leads for Financial Planning Fee:

- Utilize various channels such as references, LinkedIn marketing, and other networking platforms to generate leads for financial planning services.

- Conduct introductory meetings with potential clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.

- Guide clients from the initial consultation stage to final closure, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Create & Discuss Personalized Financial Plan:

- Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.

- Develop customized financial plans covering areas such as money management, contingency planning, cash flow analysis, wealth creation phase, retirement planning, insurance analysis, asset allocation, Tax Planning, Estate Planning including drafting "WILL" etc.

- Present and discuss personalized financial plans with clients, providing clear explanations and recommendations.

Create and Discuss "What If Scenarios" on Financial Plans:

- Analyze various financial scenarios and their potential impact on clients' financial goals.

- Engage clients in discussions about alternative strategies and potential adjustments to their financial plans.

- Provide insights and recommendations to help clients make informed financial decisions.

Implementation and Review of Financial Plans:

- Oversee the implementation of financial plans, ensuring all recommendations are executed efficiently and effectively.

- Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial plans to track progress and make necessary adjustments.

- Monitor clients' financial situation and market changes to ensure their financial goals are on track.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Acquisition:

- Achieve targets for acquiring new clients for financial planning services.

- Proactively engage in lead generation activities and networking to expand the client base.

Advice:

- Measure the effectiveness of financial planning in clients' financial lives based on their feedback and outcomes.

- Continuously strive to improve the quality and impact of financial advice provided to clients.

Alive:

- Ensure high persistence in renewal fees by delivering value-added services and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

- Increase the reference rate for new clients through satisfied client referrals and positive word-of-mouth.
