She / He should create and socialize a detailed transformation roadmap considering the realities of the organization and the market forces. She / He should build a strong Banking and Financial Services GBS transformation consulting practice. Client facing responsibilities include: 1. Responsible for proposing, selling and delivering digital transformation of Banking Shared Service / Global Business Services directed towards improved customer experience, cost reduction, faster time-to-value or better regulatory compliance 2. Collaborate with design, technical architects, data science experts and create compelling digital transformation solution by blending design thinking and transformative technologies like AI, Robotics, Blockchain, IoT and Fintech 3. Create and refine insights about what kind of digital transformation works for banks 4. Define and refine pricing of transformation deals. Participate during negotiations and work towards contract closure Practice competency building responsibilities include: 1. Refine frameworks, workshop methodologies, playbooks and templates to deliver memorable consulting experience 2. Grow reputation of the practice within different LOBs and functions within CLIENT, as well as, with external analysts and advisors. 3. Publish sharp and practical insights about transformation 4. Coach and hone the skills of junior consultants. Build the practice. 5. Evaluate new technologies for the domain expertise and work with alliance teams for on-boarding 6. Healthy pipeline within 6 months of taking over 7. Book and bill of new revenue will be target based 8. Customer engagement and RFX closures within stipulated timeframe 9.
