Principal - Special Projects & Strategy - Healthcare

- You would be working across departments and will be responsible to suggest and pick strategically important projects.

- You will get respective departments on board, define the blueprint and get the projects implemented with the help of ops/product teams.

For ex:

1. Work closely with Business Head while launching a new division

- Help with inputs on distribution, sales, marketing, production, packaging etc.

2. Strategy for launching a new product and maintaining a healthy product pipeline

3. Analysing and drawing inputs from data, turning data into actionable solutions/insights, research and analysis of business, market, competitors, drawing inferences and proposing solutions.

Requirements :

1. Top-notch academics from a Tier 1 MBA college. Management Consulting experience preferred

2. 3-6 years of work experience.

3. Strong team player with high intent of getting things done

4. Exceptional problem solving skills.
