Job Description - Our clients are looking for a seasoned software architect, who will not only be responsible for designing and delivering software solutions to address complex business issues but also providing technical leadership within the product engineering division.

Client Details

Our client is a seed funded start-up in the Health-Tech space. With an immense backing by the veterans in health-care industry, they have a strong presence in more than 1000 cities. They are now looking to tap into the Consumer Products portfolio with a unique business vision and the very first hire of a Software Architect, who'd be directly reporting to the Products Leader.

Description

The key responsibilities will be to:

- Design, develop and execute software solutions to address business issues

- Ramp-up team and provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to our product engineering team

- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform

- Troubleshoot system and code level problems quickly and efficiently

- Be a Fast learner: You thrive on learning new technologies and do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions

- Hire, Mentor and Lead a team of highly skilled engineers

Profile

- BE/ B. Tech. in Computer Science a premium school

- 5+ years of experience designing and building software applications (front-end and back-end) using Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM) across mobile and web platforms

- Proficiency with software development languages e.g. JavaScript / CSS/ HTML, Python, some understanding of C#, software frameworks e.g. Node.js, Flask, React, MVC and database interfaces e.g. MongoDB, Django, MySQL

- Cloud Infrastructure Setup and Management: AWS/EC2/ELB/S3/DynamoDB, Apache Cassandra etc.

- Proficiency with utilities e.g. Mixpanel / Firebase, Optimizely as well as exposure to DevOps tools e.g. Sentry

- Exposure to building solutions based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning and Big Data etc.
