- The role of the fragrance manager will be to help the concerned scientists in selecting the ideal fragrance/flavor for the product under development. - The ability to Benchmark category products against the R&amp;D developed product should be done in a scientific and unbiased manner and should hold good in the final consumer panel evaluation. - The fragrance manager should be well-traveled and must be exposed to a variety of products worldwide and must have a repository of the fragrance compound. - Should be technically sound to characterize and describe a fragrance and help in creating fragrance briefs for the manufacturers. - Candidate must have knowledge of ingredients and likely interactions with the product formulations. - Should have good interpersonal skills and proven achievements in the fragrance &amp; flavor field. - Strong knowledge of Fragrance &amp; Flavours, analytical chemistry, regulatory affairs, guidelines on product safety. - Dealing with Fragrance/ Flavour houses for getting submission as per the marketing brief. Interface with scientists- teams, marketing and manufacturing/ QA on issues related to Fragrances/ Flavours. Generate ideas and create concepts for fragrance finalization Salary offered: 15-25LPA
