Our client, a leading healthcare/medical devices MNC seeks a Principal Scientist.

Experience - 11+yrs

Education - Phd or equivalent

Domain - Clinical Informatics - Cardiology/Oncology/Radiology/EMR

Role - lead various research-related activities around imaging and clinical informatics, focusing on research, development and evaluation of first-of-kind algorithms and prototypes. Assist clinicians improve patient care, clinical workflow and optimize clinical and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities -

1. Clinical data analytics related to clinical practice improvement (clinical outcome improvement, process/resource optimization, predictive modelling.

2. Develop and evaluate first-of-kind informatics solutions to provide clinical decision support, improve clinical workflow and care coordination, optimize patient outcomes and demonstrate cost-effectiveness and value;

3. Provide leadership in a team of research scientists and software engineers;

4. Interact with clinical customers to understand their problems, share insights and best practices, and validate prototypes of solutions to assess their value in patient care;
