Responsibilities:

- Curriculum planning and ensuring effective teacher classroom delivery

- To further improve the school result in grades IX-XII and ensure excellent CBSE Board Results

- Monitor and manage teacher performance

- To bring up the spoken skills (English) level of the school

- Recruiting and retention of teaching staff

- Teacher training, counselling and assessment

- Proper discipline in school to management/ parents satisfaction

- Parents satisfaction with school policies

- The school strength should show minimum 10% increase in strength every year

- Organize school events and assemblies, career counselling

- Ensure a safe and clean environment

- Handling of CBSE/governmental/educational department issues

- Represent school performance data to school directors

- Implementation of sports and co-curricular activities

Qualifications And Experience:

- Total of at least 15 years experience in a school and including a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Academic Coordinator/Vice Principal/Principal in a reputed school

Required Skills:

- The incumbent should have exquisite interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to effectively interact with all stakeholders.

- Must be self-motivated and inspire the same in others, have a positive can-do attitude, have excellent time-management skills and have exceptional problem-solving skills.

- Must be able to embrace the mission of Golden Earth Global School.

- Demonstrate superior leadership skills, having an ability to inspire and move a cross-functional team towards a unified direction with a common vision.

Must Have:

- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Academic Coordinator/Vice Principal/Principal in a reputed school

- The previous schools must have shown a substantial increase in strength during her tenure.

- Total of at least 15 years' experience in a school

- Knowledge of school administrative processes

- Ability to lead and inspire

- Crisis Management
