Principal Research Scientist - Data Mining and Machine Learning

Applicants should have a strong background in the domain of Machine Learning with deep expertise in one or more of text & image mining, graph mining and large scale statistical inference.

The successful candidate will lead / participate in cutting edge research and will apply the highest level of technical competence, analytical and problem solving abilities in support of original and creative scientific projects of significant business impact. The candidate will create valuable intellectual property and publish in top tier conferences and journals.

The ideal candidate for the principal research scientist position will have:

- A PhD (or master with relevant experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Statistics or related disciplines with sound technical expertise in one or more of the above mentioned areas.

- Demonstrated ability to formulate scientifically challenging problems and develop and implement solutions.

- Strong track record of publications.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
