About a Role-Principal Recruitment Consultant-Industrials & Engineering :
We are looking for an experienced and successful professional to join our Mumbai Engineering Practice team as a Principal Consultant. This person's key responsibility would be to lead a part of our Engineering Team of recruitment consultants and generate new business at senior levels for the organization.
The person would ideally have a generalist background in 2-3 of the following areas of focus:
- Auto/ Auto-ancillary
- Oil & Gas/ Energy
- Process Industry - Cement, Steel, Paper & Pulp, Rubber
- Infrastructure
- Real Estate & Construction
- Power
- Automation - Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Reach out to relevant stakeholders and generate business at standard terms of global executive search firms.
- Identify where new business opportunities exist (niche areas like aviation, precision machining, defense).
- Relate with CEOs, Managing Directors, Promoters and Chief HR Officers to engage for new business and delivery on high-end mandates.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must possess the relevant qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with a focus in an area of specialization (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical or other specialization).
- Must have a track record of performance to manage and close a number of senior-level mandates (preferably in the executive search domain).
- Someone good with market intelligence, competition, market metrics.
- Someone more focused on leadership/ functional head/ search mandates as opposed to mid-management recruiting.
- Highly passionate about business development and ready to hit the ground running upon joining the organization.
- Someone who has worked in the executive search earlier and currently working with the corporate world at senior management levels and is keen to explore a role in an executive search would also be welcome to apply.
