Spire's Product Experience team is looking for an awesome Principal Product Manager to help drive end to end product lifecycle for our talent enterprise products. This role is for a strong business leader who will work with cross functional teams including Sales, Solutions, UX, Engineering and Platform teams to craft products for talent acquisition/recruitment, deployment, skill deployment & talent monitoring. He will help build next generation talent insights and analytics.
Responsibilities-
- Contribute to the development of the overall product strategy, positioning, product/market fit, product delivery roadmap & drive business plan based on market study, client requirements & technology
- Define a go-to- market strategy(GTM) that will lead the product competition and drive higher revenues for new offerings and existing products.
- Define the pricing strategy for new products through value-based pricing and competitive pricing. Build financial analyses and business cases/forecasts.
- Gather and synthesize requirements in consultation with Solution & Sales team to define compelling product use cases. Conduct focus groups and customer visits to understand new requirements. Conduct research, competitor study & understand latest trends.
- Define analytics - Descriptive, Predictive, and Prescriptive Analytics leading to an actionable insights that will help in smarter decisions and better business outcomes.
- Draft detail functional requirement. Work with UX team and Engineering to develop these into product features. Define delivery timelines and track milestones.
- Provide thought leadership and recommendations to management based on best practices and latest market study.
Background :
- Strong technical background with the ability to quickly develop deep product knowledge and communicate the business values to internal teams and customers
- Self-starter with managing products in complex, multi-project delivery environments.
- Ability to evangelize and articulate products strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical understanding of search algorithms, match criterias, data extraction, data mining, Deep learning, Machine Learning and AI is a plus.
- Should have worked on enterprise B2B products. Some talent acquisition domain knowledge would be beneficial. Knowledge of applicant tracking or recruiting systems is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial/working in startup company, is a plus
Qualifications :
- MBA for top management schools or Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with solid business understanding.
Experience :
- 10+ years of product management experience, preferably within a technology enterprise companies focused in human capital management(HCM), talent acquisition/recruitment, workforce management, talent skill development, etc.
- Good experience in Software Architecture design and development, Agile & SCRUM development experience, Design Thinking process, UX tools, etc.
