What's the role? - At BNG.AI, a product of Aidash, we are committed to revolutionizing biodiversity impact assessment for small to mid-sized construction projects. As Product Leader at BNG, you will lead the charge in developing innovative solutions to help our clients baseline and report on biodiversity impact effectively. - Role extends beyond product development to drive the growth of our SaaS offering among small businesses these could be developers or agencies conducting environmental impact assessments (ecologists). You'll lead the charge in conducting experiments with various user segments, business models, and pricing strategies to identify the optimal target customers and business model. Once refined, you'll drive the scaling of our solutions to maximize impact and revenue growth within the small business segment. - Additionally, you'll harness the AI/ML capabilities of AiDash to build intelligence from satellite images, making this invaluable resource accessible and actionable for small businesses. By leveraging these advanced technologies, you'll empower our users to make informed decisions and take proactive steps towards environmental sustainability. What will you do? Business Strategy: - Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth within the small business segment. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify key opportunities and challenges, informing strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business models, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans. Growth Hacking: - Implement innovative growth hacking techniques to rapidly acquire and retain customers within the target market. - Conduct experiments with various user segments, marketing channels, and conversion tactics to optimize customer acquisition and revenue generation. - Continuously iterate and refine growth strategies based on performance metrics and customer feedback. Product Development Leadership: - Provide strategic direction and leadership in the development of innovative products and services aimed at addressing biodiversity impact management challenges. - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to translate market insights into actionable product requirements. - Drive the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business objectives. AI/ML Integrations: - Harness the power of AI/ML technologies to enhance product capabilities and deliver actionable insights to customers. - Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate advanced algorithms and models into existing products, enabling intelligent analysis of environmental data. - Drive the development of AI-powered features and functionalities that empower users to make informed decisions and take proactive steps towards sustainability. What are we looking for? - Bachelor's degree in engineering & Post Graduation in Business from Tier One Institution with 7+ year's of experience in product management. - Experienced in building and scaling SaaS products targeting small businesses or subscription businesses targeting end customers. - Experienced in designing and executing growth experiments to test hypotheses and identify scalable growth opportunities. Ability to iterate rapidly based on experiment results and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize impact. - Deep empathy for users and a user-centric approach to product development and growth. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. - Data-driven decision making. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a willingness to take calculated risks. - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment with limited resources and ambiguity. - Passion for Climate Change/Sustainability.
