Here are the details : Job Location : Berlin, Germany [This is an ONSITE OPPORTUNITY] Job Type : Full-time & Permanent Visa Sponsorship : Available Job Requirements : - 5 - 10 years of experience in Product Management in an e-commerce space. - Demonstrated expertise in complex problem-solving at scale and ownership of impactful product initiatives through all phases of discovery, definition, design, and delivery. - Strong sense for macro consumer trends and translating that to near-term product strategy. - Knowledge of business with a subscription model and understanding of the dynamics of recurring revenue. - Experience with logistics stakeholders and /or delivery benefits is preferred. - Experience with Loyalty Programs is highly preferred - Highly analytical and can tell stories with data. You know how to quickly model assumptions and can demonstrate impact through clear KPIs. - Experience working in Fashion e-commerce will be a big plus. - Experience in leading a team will be plus. - Excellent communication skills. - Should be an innate problem solver. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree is a mandate - MBA/PGDM in Marketing or International Business will be a plus
