- Strategically scheduling daily client interactions and visits.
- Executing business development initiatives, such as active proposals, phone communication, negotiations, and offers, along with client visits and retention strategies.
- Actively promoting cross-selling and upselling efforts.
- Crafting business proposals and meeting monthly targets.
- Formulating agreements with client companies.
- Initiating contact with clients to recover overdue payments.
- Ensuring extensive market coverage and staying competitive.
- Delivering compelling and effective presentations and demonstrations of Adecco's services to corporate client decision-makers (e.g., Head of HR, Finance, Operations).
- Coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations for both external and internal customers.
