Principal/Practice Lead/Senior Consultant - Recruitment - Industrial/Engineering/Automotive

Principal Consultant / Lead Consultant /Sr. Consultants (Industrial / EMPI / Automotive or Any other Non-IT practice) based at Mumbai / Pune / Delhi/ NCR

- To generate the delivery search mandates from current, past and potential clients

- Ensure revenue generation & billing targets for self & team

- Ensure timely and quality deliveries for closure of search mandates and manage client expectations

- Client relationships & mining to generate additional business

- Execute and close search-assignments successfully within the given time-frame

- Effectively assess the clients need and the candidates suitability

- Generate prospects for senior & mid management searches

- Oversee research and execution process to ensure it is aligned to the search strategy

- Monitor the quality of all deliverable within the context of a search mandate

- Contribute to the development of formal practice offerings

- Create and maintain a culture of innovation, enthusiasm, empowerment and teamwork, to have a positive impact on staff motivation and reduce attrition

- To Ensure continual development of team members skill-set and proper mentoring of team time to time.

- The incumbent should have at least 3-15 years of experience in a recruitment / executive search firm of repute handling one or multiple practice groups.
