Principal Officer_ Portfolio Management Services_ Gurgaon

- Responsible to apply and obtain PMS license for the company.

- Lead Overall activities of PMS

- Optimize operating efficiency and ensure compliance. Manage various schemes and strategize to deliver superior returns

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders for growth and expansion

- Actively communicate the Investment philosophy and performance with current/prospective clients.Participate in client/business events

- Ability to demonstrate thought leadership and be able to engage on investment related topics in public forums

- Engage & collaborate with the Management & the Board Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in fund management of MF/PMS or AIF

- Strong, hands on experience in equity analysis

- Strong understanding of PMS and related rules and regulations

- Business development background will be an added advantage.

- Ability to lead & mentor team from a technical and behavioural standpoint

- MBA from top tier institute or CFA or any such certification would be preferred

- Preferably NISM XXI-B certified
