The tasks, roles and responsibilities concerned with the job will include the following:

- Train the client teams

- Drive the engagement agenda with client teams

- Analyze the data and provide insights to the client teams

- Add value to the client by addressing some of their business challenges

- Based out of client location (min. 20 days a month)

Tamil Language compulsory

Experience

- 3-10yrs

Qualification:

- BE (Mech.) / BE Automobile or BE + MBA

Essential Skills:

- Needs to have Hands on experience in Maintenance of Machinery.

- Would have handled a team of supervisors / shop floor employees.

- Needs to be Analytical and should have ability to develop insights.

- Has exposure / awareness / been a part of any of the following teams TPM / Six Sigma / Lean Mfg.

- Strong problem solving skills, excellent work ethics, the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries, and possess an ability to work for clients across sectors.

- We look for candidates with good academic background, proven track record for pursuit of excellence and a strong ability to cope with pressure (as demonstrated by their academic, co-curricular or extracurricular successes).

- Strong verbal and written communication and inter-personal skills are a must.

- Consultants need to possess a strong ability to work with managers with diverse backgrounds.
