A tenured Technology major, our client has grown at phenomenal speed over the past few years with the Manufacturing Vertical including use cases involving advanced / emerging technologies like IIoT being a major driver.

Role details:

- Title: Principal/ Managing Principal - Telecom

- Level: Director/ Sr. Director

- Location: Pan- India

- Reporting Manager: AVP - Platform Engineering

Role & responsibilities:

- Be single point of contact for the RFP/ client sales team and orchestrate the deal response preparation.

- Solution and manage bids for telecom deals.

- Manage the bid process to construct the value proposition by working with various teams - technology teams, practices, finance, legal.

- Understand the scope of work stated in the RFP, identify potential risk, and work closely with technology and solution teams to build the solution.

- Help with customer research, understand the customer challenges, and map the value proposition.

- Create capability presentations for various industry sub segments and or technology service offerings.

- Provide required support to sales team in effective selling of various solutions.

- Orchestrate and manage client visits- define the value themes and propositions based on the client needs.

Candidate requirements:

- Must have 16 to 22 years of experience in the (BPO/KPO) industry.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in solutions enablement function

- Extensive experience in telecom domain

- Capability in presenting technical solutions and value proposition to the customer.

- Broad understanding of end - to - end business process management

- Has in depth knowledge of SIPOC for any given business process

- Previous experience in sales enablement in the telecom domain is preferred.

- Good understanding of the changing tech landscape
