Job Title : PC/ MC - Retail

Experience

- 8 – 13 years of experience (Post MBA) in the retail domain

- Consulting/Consulting + Industry Experience would be preferred

Location : Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore

Role:

- PC/ MC are expected to address conflicting points of view in teams they are working in and help AD align stakeholders within the firm and in the client organisations.

- Successful candidates are adept at building strong client relationships and as they progress towards assuming managerial responsibilities, they are expected to engage clients in strategic dialogues and help client personnel identify specific problems and chalk out solutions. They are expected to participate in Business Development activities of the firm.

Skills:

- Needs to have Hands on experience in Retail.

- Needs to be Analytical and should have ability to develop insights.

- Strong problem solving skills, excellent work ethics, the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries.
