- Direct and manage instructional program and supervise operations and personnel at campus level.

- Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service.

- Oversee success of instructional programs and operation of all campus activities.

- Organize and supervise procedures for identifying and addressing special needs of students including health-related concerns, and physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

- Maintain positive, cooperative and mutually supportive relationships with staff, parents.

- Develop professional skills appropriate to job assignment.

- Demonstrate professional, ethical, and responsible behavior.

- Serve as a role model for all campus staff.
