Role : Principal Lecturer (Subject Lead)

Management Relationships : Senior Management Team

Location : India (Home based contracts)

- Deep subject matter expertise and practical knowledge in one or more business or management discipline

- A minimum of a masters degree in a relevant business field e.g. Marketing, HRM, Economics, and so forth

- An understanding of the personal, interpersonal, quantitative, and workplace skills necessary for success in today's global business environments

- Experience of working with a team either as a course leader or senior lecturer

- Familiarity with the process of online course development is essential

- Experience of working for or with business employers/industry highly desirable
