Role requirement: Principal Manufacturing - Gurgaon Principal (Manufacturing sector) should have around 10 years of functional HR experience in the manufacturing / industrial sector. Experience in consulting for a short duration would be good but is not essential. Specific experience requirements are listed as below - Has minimum role experience as below - A plant HR role for at least 2-3 years in a large firm and - Has done a COE HR role for 2-3 years - Has worked in both designing and implementing policies in the following areas - a.PMS, Talent management policy and process b. Leadership development &amp; assessment c. Organisation effectiveness &amp; development d. Organisation audit / HR policy - Has been a part of a large change management initiative and has led a module in the same. - Has an entrepreneurial mindset - Self-driven takes ownership. - Understands the difference between a large firm and a start-up/ young firm - Is well networked Other requirements include : - Good communication, presentation, and social skills - Good in PowerPoint and excel - Good in documentation skills - MBA, Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school Location: Gurgaon, open to travel Compensation - Would carry a mix of Fixed and Variable pay Total compensation would be based on the experience and growth potential
