Principal Financial Services - Senior Delivery Manager - Engineering/Data Analytics

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Engineering Manager, managing individual contributors (Analytics Engineers/BI developers/Data Platform engineers) managing 20-40 peoples team , with 2-5 direct reporting manager

- Experience being an analytics/BI engineer at a mid/senior level, and ready to work as Data& Analytics IT Manager.

- Familiarity with modern cloud data stack (Snowflake or AWS, Azure)

- Create a learning environment for our team while being a mentor for analytics engineers and up and coming leaders

- Manage & develop a team of BI developers and data analyst engineers who build Business Intelligence tools and lead analytics that help our business answer critical questions.

- Key contributor in developing, understanding, and completing strategic goals to drive customer success.

- Work with other Analytics Engineering Managers to share understanding of multiple teams

- Contribute to product delivery, by ensuring analytics engineers are in the right place at the right time

- Become instrumental in improving and implementing processes and values that scale.

- Provide technical mentorship to engineers building and deploying projects

- Collaborate with teams including product, design, operations

- You will work with the Director of Engineering and Senior Managers , Architects in Data Analytics team along with Business - Data & Analytics & other consumers. The team is a major enabler for Data science, Product Development and Business insight.

Must have Skills : Experience with AWS services S3, Glue, Lambda, SNS, EC2, RedShift, IAM and KMS, CI/CD Pipelines in GitHub , Understanding of modern cloud data stack -Snowflake, Business Intelligence, ETL, SQL, Python Scripting, Database Management, Visualization, Automation, Data Analysis.

Good to have Skills : Hands on experience/Familiarity with one/more of the following technologies: Database, Data Visualization (Power BI), Scripting, ETL (Informatica PowerCenter)
