Employee Relations:
- Provide support to leaders and employees on employee relations issues
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns
- Manage performance improvement plans and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Collaborate with COEs to implement HR best practices and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Conduct open house sessions with employees to understand their concerns and provide feedback
Data Management and Analytics:
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Create and maintain reports related to employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Develop an early warning system for attrition analysis to prevent unexpected exits
Performance Management:
- Work with leaders to set goals and objectives for employees
- Provide guidance on performance management processes and procedures
- Coach leaders on performance issues and develop strategies for improvement
Documentation:
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of employee relations cases
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for documentation of cases
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with COEs to identify gaps in HR practices and make suggestions to update the same
- Collaborate with leadership to provide insights on employee relations issues and suggest solutions
- Team up with COEs on HR projects and initiatives which are carried out during the year
- Mentor and guide the junior team members on the ER aspects
Qualifications:- Masters in Human Resources
13-15 years of relevant experience in employee relations, HR practices and employee and stakeholder management
