We are looking for a Principal to join our Executive Search Practice Group; an experienced executive search lead who will bring her/his passion, creativity and energy to attract, assess and hire the best talent into our client organizations. This is a position that offers significant opportunity to drive impact at the most senior levels within a client organization.

Job Description :

This individual will closely work with Executive Committee members and their leadership teams of our clients to support their executive-level recruiting needs as well as proactive succession planning needs for critical executive roles. This role is responsible for creating talent strategies, driving the full end-to-end executive recruitment process including client management, search strategy development, candidate assessment, offer negotiation and executive onboarding facilitation.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and be accountable for end-to-end executive search recruitment providing in-depth recruiting strategies, candidate assessments, tracking metrics and market intelligence to Clients.

- Build trust with both active and passive talent as a tenacious hunter of talent with deep sourcing and market research skills.

- Support and manage 10-15 executive recruiting/succession planning projects (full cycle) on average in a year

- Provide strategic direction and counsel to clients regarding recruiting trends, concerns and possibilities for opportunistic hiring, to ensure a positive client experience.

- Manage a thoughtful candidate engagement experience, treating every candidate with respect and care

- Ensure the presentation of high quality executive candidates in accordance with diversity and regulatory goals and objectives for searches.

- Manage and conduct thorough reference and background checks on final candidates.

- Construct and negotiate complex executive offer packages and facilitate executive onboarding experience to set the new hires up for success.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of in-house recruitment and/or executive search firm experience.

- A self-starter learner and team player with curiosity and agility to learn and adapt, not afraid of piloting new approaches/methods to make improvements.
