Description :

- Looking for a seasoned Engineer (10+ years) with extensive experience building scalable products. The candidate needs to be highly proficient in system design and architecture. It is a leadership opportunity involving mentoring of a team of SDE 1, SDE 2 and SDE 3, of a leading fintech in Bangalore.

Job Description :

- Lead the full development lifecycle of the product

- Drive architecture review of large scale, multi-tiered and distributed software applications

- Provide design reviews and ensure high performance and scalability of the product

- Be hands-on in development and mentor the team of engineers, QA, product managers, etc.

- Internal and external stakeholder management

Profile :

- B.E/B.tech/MS in Computer Science from top tier institutes only

- At least 10+ years of hands-on development of highly scalable and available web products is a must

- Excellent understanding of data structures and system design is an absolute must

- Experience in Java, Python, Node, microservices, etc.

- Prior experience working with product companies is a must

- Self-driven and energetic individual
