Principal - CPG Consulting - IIM/ISB/FMS

The Person's Prime role is to lead the entire CPG/ FMCG consulting practice which includes Practice Management, Business Development & Consulting Delivery & Will report to the PARTNER

The Global CPG Practice supports companies seeking large-scale growth, major operational efficiencies and workforce transformation. The practice covers industry sectors like

(1) Food & Non- Alcoholic Beverages
(2) Alcoholic Beverages
(3) Home & Personal Care
(4) Fashion & Apparel
(5) Tobacco
(6) Services


Candidate's Profile:

- A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive business and consulting experience (preferably overseas) .

- An MBA from a Tier 1 B School (IIM, ISB, FMS, XLRI, MDI, SP Jain, IIFT, IMT/ Any renowned International BSchool like INSEAD, MIT Sloan, Booth School of Business etc)

- Experience in a consulting firm, with extensive experience in projects in which the primary stakeholder was the ‘C’ suite executives.

- Extensive work experience in the Consumer products Group/ FMCG Industry

- An excellent, established track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements.

- Experience working with “C” level executive clients

- Experience working in global markets specifically US or UK
