Principal Consultant/Senior Principal/AD - Surveillance Expert

Position Title : Surveillance expert and centralized emergency call center/dispatch center expert

Grade/Level : Principal Consultant/Senior Principal Consultant/Associate Director.

Key responsibilities include the following :

- Lead the projects in safety, security and surveillance domains

- Design technical solution architectures based on client requirements

- Conduct feasibility analysis for deployment of security and surveillance solutions

- Manage and guide the preparation of comprehensive detailed project reports

- Engage in pre-sales and client relationship enriching activities

- Solution designing for centralised emergency call centre/dispatch centre

- Lead product development in safety, security and surveillance domains

Essential : BE/BTech. from reputed institutes and universities (preferably Tier-1)

Desirable : MBA/PGDM (preferably from Tier-1 institutes and universities)

Essential Skills :

- 3-7 years of experience in pre-sales/solution design/product development role in Physical Security or Surveillance domain

- Experience in CCTV Surveillance, electronic Access control, UVSS, ANPR, design of Command& Control Centre/ applications such as VMS (Video management system), sizing of storage/servers for surveillance projects

- Good knowledge in physical security, surveillance systems, Electronic Access Control System, ANPR, UVSS, Command& Control Centre Applications such as VMS, Analytics, etc.

- Familiarity with Safe City, Smart City and other large Security & Surveillance system projects

- Experience in Technical solution design for Safety & Security Projects

- Good communication, client-handling and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and with the team

- Self-motivated with strong willingness to multi-task

- Strong leadership and innovation skills

Desirable Skills :

- Understanding/ experience of DPR & RFPs preparation, and Government & Public sector RFP/ Tendering process experience preferred

- Good report writing and documentation skills

- Proficient with Excel and MS Visio
