For our Client, a leading Executive Search firm across Asia Pacific and North America, we are looking at hiring Principal Consultants.

The person :

- Premier Institute MBA (full time) with 5+ years experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations / projects / execution / sales - preferably client facing role

- Good stability in the previous organisation

The Role:

- Responsible for client management and assignments management.

- Assists the Partner(s) with business development and practice management.

- Successfully complete search mandates within the identified parameters and on-time.

Location: Mumbai

Salary Bracket: 13L - 15 lacs
