Principal Consultant - HCM/HRIS

- The person will be responsible for implementing PeopleStrong Alt (HCM product) to multiple customers.

- It will be an individual contributor role and the person will act as project manager for the customer for HCM implementation

Skills Required: 

- Minimum 5 + years with relevant experience in implementing HCM products

- Should have managed at least 5 end to end HCM product implementations

- Candidates who have managed global implementation will be preferred.

- Hands-on experience in Requirement gathering, documentation(test scripts, SOPs, functional design, and configuration),

- Able to advise the customer to make the best processes.

- Able to work under pressure and deliver within defined timelines

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

- Strong oral and written communication skills
