Responsibilities :

- Develop and evolve the strategic plan for the Middle East & India Chemicals & Materials practice.

- Working closely with the Regional Commercial Leadership and Global Advisory Leaders, to ensure there is a globally consistent vision.

- Take ownership of, and manage, the overall business performance.

- Working with the Commercial and Advisory teams to ensure that the proposition is taken to market effectively; this will include sales planning, marketing strategy, development and go-to-market of new solutions, and thought leadership development

- Attending customer conferences and workshops and developing a reputation for being an industry thought leader.

Requirements :

- Professional work experience in Chemicals, Chemistry, Science, Materials, or related fields is required.

- Strong expertise and understanding of the Chemicals, Plastics, Materials, and Specialty Chemicals industries with a consulting bent of mind is required in the geography in which client projects are / will be delivered.

- Demonstrated capability to lead projects and teams.

- Demonstrated capability to facilitate effective, cross-functional client meetings.

- Open to travel to both domestic and internal sites for work
