Principal Consultant/AVP - Finance - Solutioning - CA - BPO

- Lead F&A solutioning and client-specific discussions as a subject matter expert

- Participate in Sol IDs and other such projects

- Assist in implementation of practices in different accounts

- Develop and drive best practices framework, case studies, bench marking.

- Subject Matter Expert will lead the designing of effective end to end Record to Report framework to improve metrics and cost effectiveness

- Creating diagnostic and benchmarking tools to assess gaps

- Actively engage with CEO, CFO, Global controller to understand customer pain points, perform diagnostics and commercialize the product offering

- Providing direction and coaching to the Practice team for delivery of the goals

- Assist in implementation of practices in different accounts

- Ensuring process compliance with various tools like CMP, FMEA etc

- Assist in preparation / refinement of SEP proposals.

Chartered Accountant (CA) as an qualification is mandatory
