Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide corporate advice on matters relating to mergers & acquisitions, strategic alliances, regulatory advisory, etc.

2. Prepare reports & opinions on general corporate matters relating to Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, SEBI regulations, etc.

3. To handle legal due diligence exercise, prepare legal due diligence report, negotiate the transactional documents, drafting, vetting and execution of all the transactional documents.

4. To lead a team of associates and managing the work of the associates involved in different transactions relating to M&A

5. Responsible for getting new clients for the Firm and possess excellent skills in client management.

6. Contribute substantially in achieving the Firm's revenue targets.

Experience:

The candidate should have hands on in either of the following areas:

Mergers & Acquisitions

Joint Venture / Venture Capital

Private Equity

Fund Formation

Corporate Restructuring & reorganization

Educational Qualifications:

LLB / LLM
