Principal Associate Lawyer - Asset/Loan Restructuring - Law Firm

Our firm is a full services law firm with offices in 6 cities in India and also in Singapore & Dubai. This role is for a dynamic law professional with a strong network to be part of the banking/finance practice with specialisation in loan/debt/asset restructuring, project finance & refinancing

1) Lead efforts through well established networks in setting up a strong practice (preferably demonstrated business development efforts in the past)

2) Effective execution of assignments - old & new.

3) Build a team, mentor/supervise and groom the existing team.

4) Actively participate at all networking events to promote the firms interests.

5) Handle P&L responsibilities.

6) Leverage the firms resources to explore the growing demand in the present times.
