Job Description - Our clients are looking for a seasoned Architect who is a technology geek, can provide technical mentor-ship to complex problems and build innovation-driven products.

Client Details

Our clients are one of the fastest growing multinational Ed-Tech companies in the world. With some disruptive SaaS based products and vision, they have secured a huge amount of funding and interest in the start-up ecosystem. They are now looking to enter in India with their full-fledged R&D centre in Bengaluru and expanding their product portfolio.

Description

Reporting to the CTO, the basic responsibilities are as follows and not limited to:

- Work with business partners to drive and capture system functional and non-functional requirements - Complexity, Scalability, Maintainability, etc.

- Collaborate with architectural peers, product owners, stakeholders and globally distributed teams to define and capture software architecture for systems and/or components

- Identify, evaluate and select appropriate technology, and develop/document design models

- Assist in the development of overall project plans and timetables, analysis and identification of intermediate deliverable

- Design technical architectures for complex solutions and innovations

- Code review and mentor-ship of developers on agile teams

- Develop applications and components, test and debug programs and support production

Profile

- 10+ years of industry experience in product development (expertise in SaaS)

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math or related field from top-tier institute only

- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (preferably Python, Erlang or Java)

- Proven experience building extensible back-end system platforms

- Proven experience mentoring and training the engineering community on complex technical issues
