Qualification: Doctorate or Minimum Post Graduate with Degree in Education

Experience:-

Should have worked in British or American Curriculum School, preferably in Middle East region.

Experience of establishing a new school shall be an advantage.

Age: Max.50 Yrs

Joining Period - May 2018

Personal Traits and Skills :-

- S/he should have love for children and ready to take responsibility as a founder principal to academically architect a new school and develop it from KG to Grade XII with International Curriculum.

- Should be dynamic, a self-starter and propagator of modern pedagogical approach and create a team and sustainable system with policies and procedures as a global work culture.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and IT skills and flair for extra-curricular activities will be advantage.

- Pragmatic vision with long run commitment and desire for excellence through challenging tasks shall add to the merit in selection.

Job Description :-

- To oversee and ensure the school's commitment to quality education with implementation of all curricular and extra-curricular activities in the school and its continued improvement, with a main focus on students- outcomes.

- To implement rigorous policies and procedures and ensure students- health and safety at all times and be the in charge of overall academic and administrative functions of the school.

- To work in coordination with management to achieve the institutional goals.

- To ensure all school records are updated, accurate and readily available.
