Principal Advisor - Closing & Reporting - Corporate & Service Entities

Closing & Reporting - Corporate and Service Entities, you will be responsible for :

- Contributing to the efficient and effective delivery of BS&S FS processes by monitoring and managing off-shore services delivered from two different centers (Poland and India), including different project initiatives to improve our Shared service proposition

- Responsible and accountable for the delivery of the Month end and financial Statements in SAP and in HFM.

- Liaising with customers on day to day delivery performance of BS&S FS services and managing day to day customer satisfaction

- Participate and lead in projects on new upcoming additional scope in BS&S: new customers, scope (i.e. Business Units and processes not currently covered) and new services

- Contribute to immediate day-to-day issue resolution and to their long term improvement in coordination with the offshore team and in alignment with the BS&S FS operating model.

- You will be required to create, report and follow up on key operational KPIs on our delivery projects and activities you are responsible for.

- Participating in designing and implementing global processes as initiated by the Global Process Champions (including standardisation, automation, & resolution of process inefficiencies, problems and issues)

- Support and liaise with Internal/External Auditors during audits (including SOX), so as to ensure a fully compliant environment.

- Ensuring documentation (policies, procedures etc.) is appropriately maintained on offshore activities and onshore activities

- Working or leading automation project of Finance processes
