JOB STATEMENT

The role would be as - Sales Engineer/ Sr Sales Engineer- entirely responsible to - Improve the organization's market position and achieve financial growth through Effective Sales & Marketing-

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region. Traveling to visit potential Industries in surrounding areas and regions

- Establishing new, and maintaining relationships with existing customers

- Managing and interpreting customer requirements both technically & commercially. Formulating client quotations/ techno-commercial offers Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing to terms and conditions

- Meeting regular sales targets

- Recording and maintaining client contact data

- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs

- Responsible for planning and forecasting Purchase orders on both sides (Purchase & Sales).

- Responsible for various activities related to control and monitor of the orders, dispatches to the end user.

- Updating of Competitors information.

- Payment follow-up & collection from new as well as existing clients.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

Diploma / B. E. ( Mechanical / Electrical)

- MBA (Marketing will be advantageous)

- Candidates not having stated qualifications but having an analytical approach & relevant/ sufficient experience can also be considered

- Experience of the following nature is desirable

- 3-5 years experience in B2B techno-commercial Sales To Automotive Paint Shops, Auto Component Manufacturers, Engine Manufacturers, Machine Shops, Body Shop/ Fabrication Markets, Food & Pharmaceutical Companies, Defence &, Govt Companies; Medium and Light Engg Companies; Electrical & Electronic Markets etc

PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS :

- Preferably Males as travel is substantial, however, Females can also apply if willing to travel

- Must have good communication skills in English Hindi Marathi, Gujarati (For Gujarat)

- Must be a pleasing personality and decent in etiquettes

- Age upto 30 years for Sr Sales Engineer, however, case to case deviation can be thought of based on the candidates drive and socio-economic situation

VEHICLE REQUIREMENT

Required Minimum two wheeler

SALARY

In keeping with the Industry trend for the right candidate with relevant experience CTC for Sales Engineer -Sr Sales Engineer will be 6-7 lacs per year
