Key Responsibilities: - To ensure compliance, accuracy, confidentiality &amp; timely disbursement of salary &amp; Full and Final settlement to employees - To prepare salary reconciliation for earnings and deductions, trace discrepancies in the payroll and Full and Final Settlement &amp; documentation of payroll &amp; FnF output - Responsible for attendance verification and full utilization of HRIS for attendance and salary - To maintain variety of payroll &amp; benefits data, for the purpose of providing an up to date reference for MIS - Responsible for statutory compliance - Responsible for accurate, timely calculation and payment of allowances for employees and professionals - Handling employee queries and ensuring timely revert on the same Align the local people initiatives with global business agenda as well as with cross business agenda - Support the managers in appropriate career management of their team members - Ensure appropriate documentation to safeguard against legal risks - Address Employee Relations matters with regular incident management, investigations Skills required: - 3-5 years experience in similar role - Has exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) - Knowledge of Statutory compliance and benefits - Experience handling end to end payroll process for 500-700 employees - Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks - Incredible attention to detail and double checking data accuracy is critical - Ability to work autonomously self-starter - Time management (schedules, timelines, task prioritization) - Handles pressure exceedingly well - Highly proficient in MS Office
