Prime Focus - Sr Manager/DGM - Marketing

You will be part of PFT's global marketing & communications function and be responsible for executing marketing programs for our products and services portfolio across global markets with specific alignment to key accounts and verticals (broadcast, studios, brands, sports and digital businesses).

Reporting: Head, Marketing and Communications, PFT

Role & Responsibilities:

- Execute marketing programs for verticals and key accounts

- Focus on demand generation campaigns to support targeted growth in key business areas

- Work with product management and sales leadership in driving product marketing initiatives

- Co-create integrated digital media campaigns covering email, tele-calling, events, surveys, DM, webinars, online ads, landing pages and whitepaper programs

- Drive greater prospect engagement by fine tuning campaign play books, calling scripts and sales offers

- Report ROMI through campaign dashboards featuring campaign effectiveness, prospects engagement and funnel advancement

- Work with service providers to identify and target individuals, accounts and industry verticals.

- Ensure brand guideline compliance and furthering/reinforcing of our key brand messages

- Manage the marketing function (marketing communications delivery, stakeholder engagement, driving campaign process, lead reporting etc)

- Coordinate external and internal stakeholders (content owners, vendors, research, CRM, web & social, content writers, designers, etc.).

- Execute pursuit marketing program for important opportunities

- Manage branding and communications at events

- Liaise with Group PR and AR functions

- Proactively advise on improving marketing processes and programs by using best practices

Candidate Background:

Experience:

- Minimum 10-12 years experience in global marketing and communications with preferably an IT services organization

- Demonstrated experience in running demand generation campaigns with exposure to Salesforce CRM is a must

- Should have experience managing a team

- Good understanding of business intelligence tools, bulk mailing applications and contact building tools

Soft skills:

- Exceptionally strong communication / presentation skills

- Bring in creativity in thoughts especially on new ways of communicating

- Have a sound understanding of marketing strategy and how it relates to Sales goals

- Highly organized and able to multi-task

- Ability to coordinate and support senior leaders

- Clarity of thought and ability to negotiate ambiguity

- Self-driven and proactive

Qualifications:

Post graduate degree/diploma in marketing from a reputed institution (Preferred. Not compulsory) and/or relevant experience working with Tier 1 IT organization.
