Primarc - Facility Manager

- Control FM team of all our complexes and ensure their performance is up to acceptable level.

- Facilitate preparation of snag list prior to handing over of apartments and ensure that project team neutralizes snag list on time.

- Facilitate and ensure proper handing over of facilities and entire complex to FM team.

- Ensure selection of proper & cost effective FM team for all our complexes.

- Regular coordination and meeting with all our existing customers, collect feedback and resolve their problems.
