Position Summary (Basic Purpose of the job):
We are recruiting for an - India Business Head- based out of Chennai/Mumbai, India. The position entitles to acquire new/manage clients in IT, ITES, BFSI and E-commerce verticals.
Job Description:
- Responsible for revenue generation and profitability of the new/existing client accounts.
- Responsible for strategy and creating business plans vertical wise.
- Responsible for setting and calibrating annual sales targets apart from working with the delivery team to achieve the same.
- Responsible for bringing in new initiatives involving end-to-end solutions (RPO/HRO).
- Responsible to ensure that the Customers are satisfied with our services; by creating a feedback mechanism, in coordination with the respective delivery heads.
- Monitoring the process of communicating to the Business Support & Commercial departments, regarding the Invoicing, billing details and receivables coordination.
- Ensure that the teams (Business Development) receive the required training input for acquiring the desired competencies needed for business development.
- Conduct internal - Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Half Yearly reviews for the business team.
- Review customer feedback, surveys and complaints, and evaluate action taken.
- Promote SIRG initiatives and the awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization
- Responsible for renewal and review of contracts/ SLAs
- Prepare resource/project estimates and pre-proposal (RFP) documents for clients
- Preparation of Performance Management reports, etc., as applicable
- Interact with Customers for expediting resolution to any anomalies in services and/or operations.
- Ensure minimization of outstanding receivables.
- Travel regularly to all client locations for review meetings with the client contacts.
Subject Matter Expertise:
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for customers and business team
- Good understanding of HR Services (IT & Non-IT)
- Know and interpret basic legal and statutory stipulations governing contract employment in India
- Assist in developing and approving guidelines for performance and process improvement.
- Promote employer branding, for the ultimate recognition as - the best employer.
Job Requirements:
- Overall experience of 10+ Years in HR Business Services
- Applicants need to be in People Management role and should have minimum 4-5 years of experience in the same role
- General HR practices knowledge and knowledge of HR regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good networking and relationship building skills
- Good presentation skills
- Strong judgment and instincts, ability to manage escalations to resolution
- Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment
- Able to audit self and others for a very high level of accuracy
